Flix invites a seasoned Zendesk Admin to own configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging. You will translate business requirements into production setups, manage cross-market routing, and ensure the Zendesk instance scales cleanly as Flix grows.

In this hybrid, business-facing role, you will collaborate with product, IT, and training teams, deliver go-lives with hypercare, and document deviations to Centre of Excellence standards. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Zendesk administration experience in production environments.
• Experience with enterprise Zendesk features: triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Zendesk configuration.
• Experience configuring multi-market, multi-language setups.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Configure core Zendesk setup across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Set up channels for each market in local language and align with global blueprint.
• Translate migration plans into production configuration during rollouts.
• Define API integrations and test with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs, training, IT, and project leads.
• Document configurations and deviations to standards.
