mc2i is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support HRIS transformations and deployments for key clients. You will manage functional and integration aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud, drive best practices, and ensure smooth collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across multiple modules.

You hold a Master’s degree and have experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong analytical skills, autonomy in project work, and excellent English are essential for success in

Qualificações

• Experience in HRIS ecosystem, ideally around Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ability to advise users and promote standard Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Understanding of HR processes and integration topics with other HRIS components.

Responsabilidades

• Act as interface between HR business users, IT, AMS teams and Oracle.
• Advise users and promote Oracle HCM Cloud standard capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure solution maintainability.
