Ayming is seeking an experienced IT program manager to lead its HR IT transformation, spanning Workday HCM deployment and future Finance IT applications. You will drive milestones, coordinate with Workday integrators and cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality across HR master data.

The role requires 6+ years in IT program or project management, English fluency, and a track record of stakeholder alignment in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years managing IT programs or projects.
• Ability to bridge HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Structured communication to report to senior sponsors.
• International program exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR IT program and drive its transformation from 2027 onward.
• Coordinate Workday HCM deployment milestones and data migration.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external integrators.
• Map HR landscape and extend to Workday Finance & Billing in later phases.
