Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Reporting Data Analyst to update and maintain HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting upgrades. You will develop complex Workday reports and provide analytical insights for HR operations.

The role focuses on translating business needs into functional HRIS solutions, performing data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders across the CR team. A strong background in data reporting and Workday is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of related experience including three years in data reporting/analytics.
• Experience in Workday administration and custom reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL for data mining and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and shape business process architecture within CR areas.
• Act as liaison on HRIS configurations and CR processes.
• Design and maintain Workday reports (matrix, trending, composite).
• Deliver metrics and insights via Workday reporting for CR operations.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions; analyze data for trends and improvements.
