DataSmart procura um Administrador de Sistemas com 5+ anos de experiência para gerir infraestruturas Windows e Linux em ambiente on-prem. O candidato atuará em Lisboa, assegurando AD, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, MDT, IIS, VMware/alta disponibilidade, e backup com Veeam.

É valorizada a experiência com MariaDB, PHP, Apache, Teams, e gestão de incidentes, bem como a capacidade de documentação e melhoria contínua. Andar com responsabilidade, autonomia e iniciativa é essencial.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência profissional em Administração de Sistemas.
• Forte know-how em ambientes Windows e serviços de infraestrutura Microsoft.
• Experiência com administração de Windows Server e serviços de infraestrutura Microsoft.
• Conhecimentos de melhores práticas de segurança de TI.
• Conhecimentos de ITIL e práticas associadas.
• Boa compreensão de fundamentos de rede IP.
• Experiência com PowerShell e/ou scripting em batch.
• Capacidade de resolver problemas com equipas de suporte externas e fornecedores.
• Disposição para aprender novas tecnologias e soluções.
• Bons teamwork e habilidades de comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Administrar servidores Windows e Linux em ambientes on-premises.
• Gerir serviços Windows (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Exchange, SQL, CA, DirectAccess, WSUS, SCCM, MDT, IIS).
• Administrar serviços Linux (MariaDB, PHP, Apache, soluções de alta disponibilidade).
• Administrar soluções de backup com Veeam.
• Gerir workstations Windows 10/11.
• Gerir infraestrutura central (servidores, storage, redes, soluções Dell/HP).
• Gerir email e sistemas de comunicação (relés externos, Exchange on-prem, Teams).
• Documentar configurações, procedimentos e resoluções de incidentes.
• Participar no desenho e planeamento de arquiteturas de servidor e soluções IT.
• Monitorizar e optimizar infraestrutura e seus componentes.
• Diagnosticar, gerir e resolver incidentes e pedidos de serviço.
• Contribuir para melhoria de maturidade, fiabilidade e eficiência do ambiente.

Join our team as a System Adminstrator (On-site – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Administer Windows and Linux servers in on-premises environments.
• Manage Windows services, including: Active Directory (AD), DNS and DHCP, File Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Certification Authority (CA), DirectAccess, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), SCCM, MDT, IIS
• Administer Linux services, including: MariaDB, PHP, Apache, High Availability solutions
• Administer Veeam backup and replication solutions.
• Manage and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.
• Administer central IT infrastructure, including: Servers, NAS storage, Disk-based backup storage, Tape-based backup storage, Network/interconnection switches, Dell and HP infrastructure management solutions
• Manage email and communication systems, including: External email relays, On-premises Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams
• Administer and support other IT solutions managed by the IT department.
• Monitor and optimize the IT infrastructure and its individual components.
• Diagnose, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Document: Systems and configurations, Procedures, Incidents, Problems, Resolutions
• Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of server architectures and IT solutions.
• Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure equipment.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the maturity, reliability, and efficiency of the IT environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of systems administration, particularly Windows environments.
• Solid experience with Windows Server administration and Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices.
• Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with PowerShell and/or batch scripting.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with external support/vendor teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn and administer new technologies and solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
