You will transform UGC, testimonials, and founder-led footage into conversion-focused assets, working with growth specialists to test hooks and calls to action.

You will leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to speed ideation and editing, while maintaining quality and speed.

Qualifications

• At least two years editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social video advertising and performance stories.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Understanding of hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused principles.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Able to produce multiple assets per week.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
