Infineon seeks a Senior UX Researcher to drive customer insights across product lifecycles in a complex, enterprise environment. You will design and run mixed-method research programs, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and experience strategy.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, contributing to ResearchOps and knowledge management while mentoring colleagues to raise research standards.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in UX/customer/market research or related field.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and mixed methods.
• Experience with interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiry.
• Familiarity with research tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze.
• Experience in B2B/enterprise/industrial/semiconductor environments.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead UX research strategies aligned with product, customer, and business goals.
• Plan and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research programs across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics reviews, field studies, benchmarking, and accessibility evaluations.
• Analyze and synthesize findings from research, behavioral data, business metrics, and customer feedback to uncover actionable insights.
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations that influence product decisions and experience strategy.
• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, strategists, and business stakeholders to drive customer-centered outcomes.
• Contribute to ResearchOps, knowledge management, and research excellence through storytelling, mentoring, and best-practice adoption.
