Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience in customer delivery or implementation.
• Completed full IT software implementation lifecycle (planning, deployment, customer acceptance).
• Active project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-facing technical implementation projects from planning through deployment, validation, and documented customer acceptance.
• Create and maintain project processes, templates, and operating practices for the PM organization.
• Coordinate engineering, product, support, sales and partner teams to complete milestones and present status to stakeholders.
