Cisco ThousandEyes is establishing a dedicated Project Management function to support a rapidly expanding customer base. Lead customer-facing technical implementations from planning through deployment, validation, and documented customer acceptance.

Create and maintain project processes, templates, and operating practices for the ThousandEyes Project Management organization. Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate engineering, product, support, sales, and partner teams to complete

Qualificações

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of technical project management, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a PhD with 0+ years in delivery.
• Completed at least one full IT software implementation lifecycle including planning, execution, deployment and customer acceptance.
• Active project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• Experience implementing or maintaining LAN/WAN network environments.
• Managed at least two concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.

Responsabilidades

Your Impact

Lead customer-facing technical implementation projects from planning through deployment, validation, and documented customer acceptance. Create and maintain project processes, templates, and operating practices for the ThousandEyes Project Management organization. Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate engineering, product, support, sales, and partner teams to complete assigned milestones. Present project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalation to customer and Cisco stakeholders. Convert technical requirements into project plans with defined scope, deliverables, owners, dates, and acceptance criteria, and track progress through completion.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical project management, or Master's degree and 3+ years of technical project management, or PhD and 0+ years technical project management, related work experience-customer delivery or implementation.
• Completed at least one full IT software implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, deployment, and customer acceptance.
• Possess an active project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining LAN/WAN network environments through professional employment or customer project delivery.
• Managed at least two concurrent projects involving cross-functional or cross-team dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years managing customer-facing technology implementation projects.
• Provide one example of changing project scope, timing, resources, or requirements, including the options, decision, and result.
• Present project updates at least three times to customers or internal teams, including risks, decisions, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Create at least one project template, checklist, or report used by a team or on at least two projects.
• Provide one example of a delivery problem involving multiple teams, including its cause, actions taken, escalation, and impact on timing, scope, quality, or customer approval.
