Cisco ThousandEyes is establishing a dedicated Project Management function to support a rapidly expanding customer base. Lead customer-facing technical implementations from planning through deployment, validation, and documented customer acceptance.

Create and maintain project processes, templates, and operating practices for the ThousandEyes Project Management organization. Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate engineering, product, support, sales, and partner teams to complete

Qualificações

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of technical project management, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a PhD with 0+ years in delivery.
• Completed at least one full IT software implementation lifecycle including planning, execution, deployment and customer acceptance.
• Active project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• Experience implementing or maintaining LAN/WAN network environments.
• Managed at least two concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-facing technical implementation projects from planning through deployment, validation, and customer acceptance.
• Create and maintain project processes, templates, and operating practices for the ThousandEyes PM organization.
• Coordinate engineering, product, support, sales and partner teams to complete milestones.
• Present project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalation to stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into project plans with defined scope, deliverables, owners, dates and acceptance criteria.
