ThousandEyes, part of Cisco, is seeking an EMEA Sales Operations Manager to shape how the region operates, scales, and wins. You will partner with EMEA Sales leadership on forecasting, territory planning, quota and capacity planning, and business reviews, while building a high-performing Sales Operations team.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or equivalent in SaaS/tech.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team lead experience.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience (reports/dashboards).
• Experience with B2B sales organizations and direct field partnerships.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, annual planning, territory management, quota planning.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic Sales Ops partner for EMEA Sales leadership and guide forecasting, pipeline health, territory/account planning, quota planning and capacity planning.
• Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Strategy, Legal, and other functions.
• Translate global strategy into local EMEA GTM execution including territory alignment, annual planning, and revenue performance analysis.
• Drive operational improvements from strategy to adoption and measurement to boost productivity and data integrity.
• Act as trusted advisor to convert complex business challenges into scalable processes and practical solutions for the field.
