Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced project leader to manage complex telecommunications projects end to end, ensuring delivery, integration, and customer acceptance. You will coordinate production deployments across environments, lead readiness forums, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders.

You will guide objectives with customers, drive multi-stream execution, and ensure governance, risk management, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Experience managing cross-domain technical projects.
• Strong ability to lead delivery across telecom core networks, cloud and data centers.
• Experience with production deployments and large-scale transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex telecommunications projects with end-to-end accountability for delivery and acceptance.
• Plan, coordinate and govern production deployments across multiple environments.
• Lead daily deployment readiness and coordination forums for dependencies and risks.
• Serve as primary customer contact, manage expectations and priorities.
• Collaborate to define objectives and support network transformation initiatives.
• Lead workstreams including analysis, integration, verification and validation.
• Ensure governance, quality standards and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure success.
• Advise customers on network evolution and growth opportunities.
