Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead complex telecom initiatives across Europe. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a remote setup, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and quality targets.

The role requires 7+ years in technical project management, strong communication, and a background in telecommunications or related fields.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing complex telecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.
• Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• English B2 mandatory.
