Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex telecom projects across Europe. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic, international setting.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical project management, strong planning and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s in a related field with English at B2 level.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.
• Proven experience managing complex telecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.
• Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications,Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• English B2 mandatory.
