Wire IT in Portugal is hiring a Business/Technical Analyst to join a senior, agile team delivering complex telecom projects remotely from Portugal. You will gather requirements, define scope, and contribute to network architecture, automation, and platform adoption while working with OSS/BSS processes and industry technologies.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in analysis roles within telecoms, strong English/Spanish at B2, and hands-on experience with Docker, Itential IAP, and Agile delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and scope definition for complex technology projects.
• Strong networking knowledge, including Access Networks, Routing Protocols, Peering and Network Architectures.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS environments and telecom operational processes.
• Expertise in telecom corporate services, including Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS Services, Ethernet Carrier Services and Giganet.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with architecture documentation, including HLD, LLD and solution designs.
• Ability to create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams.
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Spanish proficiency at B2 level;
• English proficiency at B2 level.
