Sovos is hiring a Technical Account Manager in Portugal to serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers using Sovos solutions within SAP-integrated environments. You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help customers achieve operational stability and long-term value from our platforms.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in customer implementations, technical support, professional services or technical account management with ability to manage moderately complex projects and escalations.
• Working knowledge of SAP technologies and environments, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong planning, organisation, prioritisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese for Portugal and Brazil, and fluency in English for internal collaboration and documentation.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, owning the technical account plan and translating business needs into priorities.
• Lead governance with customers, including operational reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate technical projects, deployments, and go-lives with customer teams and internal functions.
• Act as escalation coordinator and ensure timely resolution and follow-through.
• Analyse support trends, product usage and feedback to identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA to discuss integrations and data flows between SAP and Sovos.
• Deliver customer enablement, technical workshops and training, and maintain documentation of environments.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation and coordination efficiency.
