Sovos is recruiting a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers using our SAP-integrated solutions. You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help customers achieve stability and long-term value from Sovos platforms.

You will translate business needs into technical priorities, manage SAP-related data flows, and drive enablement, workshops, and best practices across teams, including Support, Product, and Engineering.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing for enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead governance and cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort with SAP integrations, data flows, APIs, IDocs.
• Background check upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Lead governance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate deployments and go-lives with customer teams and internal functions.
• Act as escalation coordinator for accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze support trends and customer feedback to identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver customer enablement and training on solution usage and integrations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation and processes.
