Sovos is hiring a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers using SAP-connected solutions. You will lead governance, align cross-functional teams, and ensure customers gain long-term value from Sovos platforms.

You will leverage SAP ECC/S/4HANA expertise, manage escalations, coordinate deployments, and enable customers through technical workshops and training.

Qualificações

• Experience in SAP environments (ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA) and discussing SAP-related integrations with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in Portuguese for Portugal/Brazil customer engagement and English for internal collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise customers and own the technical account plan.
• Lead governance activities: operational reviews, case reviews, health discussions, and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate technical projects, deployments, and go-lives with customer teams and internal functions.
