Sovos is seeking a SAP Technical Customer Success Manager (FI/CO - SD) to serve as trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers in SAP-integrated environments. You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help customers maximize value from Sovos platforms.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge (ECC and S/4HANA), experience in FI/CO and SD, excellent stakeholder management, Portuguese and English fluency, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer implementations, technical support, or professional services with the ability to manage moderately complex projects and escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, owning the technical account plan.
