Neptune Software is seeking a Product Manager to bridge customers, internal teams, and the community. You will translate client needs into actionable product requirements and work with Engineering, Solution Consulting, and Marketing to align roadmaps and enablement content.

You will drive market-driven product ideas, develop comprehensive enablement material, and actively participate in shaping the platform's AI-enabled features. Remote-Portugal-based role with global impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master in computer science or software product management.
• 3–7 years in software product management.
• Strong technical aptitude with AI tools; coding experience helpful.
• Exceptional strategic communications skills.
• Experience with enterprise architecture.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building.
• English writing skills and ability to communicate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Solution Consulting to prioritize features.
• Drive Business Development in alignment with Customer Success and Sales.
• Co-own product specs, requirements, and release plans.
• Nurture developer community and create internal/external enablement materials.
• Contribute to the rollout of AI Assistant integration and marketplace assets.
