Aubay Portugal is seeking a middleware/production support specialist to monitor and operate Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms. The role focuses on stability, incident resolution, and changes in a production environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production support with Kafka and Qlik Replicate experience, plus Linux basics and strong communication for L2 support in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in production support, middleware operations, or platform operations.
• Experience in Kafka administration and incident troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with Qlik Replicate or similar CDC technologies.
• Good understanding of production environments, monitoring tools, incident management, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in Linux administration basics and log analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously in an L2 support model with strong communication skills and handover quality.

What will you do?
