Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to monitor critical systems and services. You will use Dynatrace and TBSM to detect issues, correlate events, and perform initial diagnosis in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, log and metric analysis, and collaboration with teams, with a hybrid work model and continuous training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven expertise with Dynatrace and TBSM for comprehensive system monitoring and analysis.

What will you do?

• Monitor critical systems, applications, and services using Dynatrace and TBSM.
• Correlate events, assess business impact, and perform initial diagnosis of incidents.
• Gather evidence, resolve, and effectively escal…<\/li>

• Verify and execute actions on batch processes using Control-M.
• Perform production deployments in OutSystems and Jenkins, operating within a rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night).
