Aubay Portugal is hiring a mid-level Kafka developer to join a distributed backend team in Lisbon. You will design and implement Kafka producers and consumers, work with APIs and microservices, and ensure reliable data integration across real-time systems.

Required at least 3 years in Kafka development, strong Java backend experience, and English B2. The role offers hybrid work with one day a week in the office and focus on quality and collaboration.

What will you do?
