Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a French-speaking Recruiter in Lisbon or Porto. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, and build strong relationships with departments to validate information and onboard new hires.

The role requires a Paris/Portugal-based candidate with strong organization, communication, and sourcing skills, plus experience with ATS systems and reporting. A hybrid work model is offered with local and global growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)
• English fluency (B2/C1)
• University degree in HR or related field
• Proven work experience as a recruiter
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates via databases, social media, job fairs, and networks
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information
• Prepare and onboard new hires for smooth integration
• Maintain candidate relationships during selection as a trusted recruiter
• Create and maintain analytical reports and candidate databases
