Job summary

Quark- Grupo Sener in Portugal (Setúbal region) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in structures to lead complex building projects and coordinate with international teams. You will perform structural analysis, develop models and calculations, and ensure design integrity across disciplines.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and proficiency with Tekla, Robot, or CYPE.

Qualifications

Civil engineer specializing in structures.
Minimum 15 years' experience on single building projects.
Practical knowledge of Tekla, Robot, CYPE or similar software.
Strong knowledge of national and international design codes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis of solutions for evaluation and optimization during the design process.
Develop proprietary structural models, calculations, reports and specifications.
Manage and control structural design processes with external consultants, in coordination with other disciplines.
Support the development of plans and BIM models.
Lead design teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
Review and approve modifications and requirements during development of the work.
Coordinate and review contractor documentation.
