Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Professional experience in the development of structural design projects (Minimum of 10 years).
• Professional experience with SAP2000/Robot, AutoCAD, Revit or Allplan (valued).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex structural projects, focusing on bridges, viaducts, and special structures, taking technical responsibility for proposed solutions.
• Perform and validate advanced structural analyses, including static, dynamic, and seismic assessments, using specialised software and ensuring quality of analytical models.
• Define and optimise structural and geotechnical solutions, including foundations and soil–structure interaction.
• Ensure project compliance with codes and standards, applying best practices and client requirements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design briefs, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Support and mentor project teams, ensuring technical alignment across disciplines.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design methods and project tools.
