Job summary

Quark, part of Sener Group, seeks a Senior Contract Manager to lead the contractual strategy for complex Data Center projects across Portugal. You will act as trusted advisor to Project Directors and senior leadership, guiding teams on risk, change management and commercial positions.

This highly visible role requires governance of contract activities, proactive risk mitigation and strong negotiation with clients, contractors and consultants to protect commercial interests.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading contract management for complex projects.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims, and change control.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual strategy and governance for data center projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to Project Directors and senior leadership.
• Manage variations, claims, delay events and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with legal, commercial teams, planners and technical specialists.
• Develop contract management plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish governance processes and reporting frameworks.
