Quark-Sener is seeking a senior structural engineering professional to join our Architecture Department and lead the design, coordination, and delivery of complex data-center projects. You will ensure technical excellence from concept through execution within international teams.

We value strong expertise in structural analysis, BIM, and multidisciplinary coordination, with travel readiness for international assignments and fluent English and Spanish.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with international teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2).

Mansioni

• Perform structural analyses to evaluate and optimize design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop structural models, calculations, technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate and manage structural design activities carried out by external consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the development of drawings and BIM models.
• Lead and coordinate engineering design teams in the structural discipline.
• Ensure compliance with project objectives, technical requirements, key milestones, and budget constraints.
• Oversee the preparation of complex project deliverables, mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Resolve technical challenges and design contingencies arising during project execution.
• Review and approve design modifications and technical requirements throughout project development.
• Coordinate and review contractor documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
