Schréder in Portugal is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager to drive strategy and lifecycle management for its Smart City and IoT solutions. You will bridge business, technology, and customer value, aligning offerings with market opportunities and Schréder’s goals.

You will lead diverse, international teams, translate opportunities into requirements, and shape a portfolio that evolves with market trends while driving adoption and measurable impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in product or solution management in software/IoT/Smart City domains.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with IoT, cloud platforms, and Smart City concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for Hyperion solutions portfolio.
• Lead solution specialists and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities.
• Manage full lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Define KPIs and monitor solution adoption and business impact.
• Support go-to-market efforts and industry engagements.
