PwC Strategy& in Portugal seeks a Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across national and international client projects, developing innovative strategies and transforming operating models. You will drive client outcomes and ensure high-quality delivery on time and on budget.

You will mentor colleagues, manage client relationships, and leverage PwC’s global network to deliver integrated solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Academic background with Master’s, MBA or PhD and excellent grades in relevant fields.
Relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or business roles.
International experience and comfort working in global/multicultural contexts.
Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach and client orientation.
Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and openness to data analytics and AI tools.

Responsibilities
