AgileEngine, LLC. is recruiting a Senior Shopify Engineer to architect, develop, and maintain high-performance eCommerce solutions for enterprise brands.

You will work with a community of senior engineers in a remote-first environment, driving deep code analysis, platform architecture, and roadmap strategy while providing Shopify Plus technical support and contributing to engineering excellence initiatives.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional Shopify development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus and its features.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern development methodologies.
• Experience with page performance optimization, caching, CDNs, and secure practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve site issues with tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop key system components and reusable modules for Shopify projects.
• Perform deep code analysis, implement patches, and add features.
• Research platform capabilities to inform eCommerce roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Management on system design and solutions.
• Provide Shopify technical support and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, unit tests, and validation.
• Focus on security and performance across the stack.
• Assist with effort estimates and planning for projects.
• Identify and remove technical roadblocks proactively.
