AgileEngine, LLC. is proactively building a strategic talent pool for Senior Shopify Engineer roles in Porto, Portugal.

The engineer will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance ecommerce solutions on Shopify Plus, collaborating with senior engineers in a remote-first environment. Role focuses on platform architecture, code quality, and driving the eCommerce roadmap while providing top-notch technical support and rigorous code reviews.

Qualificações

4+ years of Shopify development experience.
Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus features.
Solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with Jira and collaborative development environments.

Responsabilidades

Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance Shopify-based ecommerce solutions.
Lead code reviews, unit testing, and technical validation.
Collaborate with Product Management on system design and roadmap.
Provide Shopify Plus technical support and troubleshoot critical issues.
Research platform capabilities and drive eCommerce roadmap initiatives.
Identify and remove technical roadblocks with the team.
