AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Shopify Practice Lead to build and lead our e-commerce practice in a remote-first environment. You will guide implementations, mentor developers, and partner with sales on pre-sales calls to transform Shopify into a growth engine for Fortune 500 and top product companies.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client consultation, and strategic growth, with strong emphasis on conversion optimization, UX, and SEO.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ecommerce and Shopify leadership roles.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end.
• Lead client engagements, mentor developers, and guide pre-sales conversations.
• Translate business goals into prioritized technical roadmaps and CRO guidance.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to align tech with business goals.
