AgileEngine is proactively building a strategic talent pool for high-priority Shopify Plus projects in a remote-first environment. You will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance eCommerce solutions, working with senior engineers to shape platform architecture and roadmap while delivering Shopify Plus technical support and rigorous code reviews.

The role emphasizes understanding the platform why, not just coding, and involves collaborating with Product Management to design

Qualificações

4+ years of Shopify development experience.
Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus and its features.
Solid understanding of SDLC and modern development methods.
Experience with page performance optimization and secure development.
Ability to diagnose site issues with tools and methods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Jira and collaborative environments.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance eCommerce solutions on Shopify Plus.
Drive platform architecture and contribute to the Shopify roadmap.
Provide Shopify technical support and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with Product Management on system design and capabilities.
Ensure security and performance best practices across the stack.
Support estimation and planning with the broader team.
Identify and remove technical roadblocks proactively.
Engage with senior engineers in a remote-first setup.
