Xelerate is seeking a Marketing Automation Platform Specialist to own configuration, lead management workflows, and CRM integrations across regions in Porto. You will define user stories, drive backlog and ensure governance and compliance while advancing AI-enabled scoring initiatives.

Ideal candidates meet 3–5 years in marketing tech with strong MCAE/Pardot skills, CRM integration experience, and proficiency in agile practices.

Qualificações

3–5 years in a marketing tech/product/business analysis role in a B2B environment.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) including campaign automation, lead scoring and forms.
Strong understanding of CRM integration models and prospect lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

Serve as domain expert for the global marketing automation platform across regions.
Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and product increments.
Own end-to-end B2B lead management workflows: capture, scoring, nurture, handoff, reporting.
Ensure bidirectional integration with CRM and clean data sync for attribution and pipeline visibility.
Govern platform governance: email allotment, data hygiene, retention, and GDPR compliance.
Write clear acceptance criteria and participate in agile ceremonies.
