Job summary

Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a senior ServiceNow professional to join our IT modernization team in Lisbon.

You will develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solutions, design integrations via REST and SOAP, and drive automation and process improvements across applications and support teams. You will coordinate releases, support upgrades, and create technical documentation while collaborating with offshore and on-site teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow development and analysis.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM experience.
• Experience with multi-module ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and LDAP integrations.
• PowerShell and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with release coordination and deployments.
• Good ITIL processes understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop automation and self-service solutions to improve application support and operational efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting.
• Develop ServiceNow enhancements and custom solutions according to technical and business requirements.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases and deployment activities.
• Coordinate releases across technical and business teams, ensuring deployment readiness and smooth implementation.
• Develop support tools, reports and technical documentation to improve operational processes and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot complex L3 issues and collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams to resolve technical problems.
