Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Information Technology;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience implementing ServiceNow projects;
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including installation, configuration, and administration;
• Training in ServiceNow platform administration;
• Solid knowledge of the Now Platform, ITSM, and CSM;
• Knowledge of the Now Create methodology;
• Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and FSM modules is a plus;
• ServiceNow platform certifications are a plus;
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework is a plus;
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy;
