Nimber in Portugal is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead a team responsible for a complete mobile payments solution. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach the team in Agile practices in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Lisbon or Porto with hybrid work, you will coordinate with international stakeholders, ensure delivery, and promote continuous improvement while aligning with security and compliance needs. Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Agile certification preferred (CSM/PSM).
5+ years as Scrum Master in software development, with payments/fintech experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices in complex environments.
Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.
Remove impediments and help the team become more effective.
Coach and mentor team in Agile principles and self-organization.
Communicate project status, risks and requirements to stakeholders in FR and EN.
Track, report and improve team performance metrics.
Refine and improve Agile processes to fit team needs.
Mediate conflicts and maintain a productive team environment.
Maintain documentation on Agile processes, goals and progress.
