CSway, Lda. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate has vast experience leading IT projects, guiding agile transformations, and delivering on tight deadlines with a strong focus on risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align business needs with technical delivery, and report on KPIs. Fluency in English (B2) is required; French is a plus. Portuguese language skills preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing an IT project.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology.
• Knowledge of banking business.
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.
• English B2 (read, spoken, written).
• Experience with Jira, Reports and creation of KPIs.
