Job summary

DECISION is seeking SAP SuccessFactors HCM developers for a full-remote role on an international project. You will design and implement complex global IT solutions, provide business consulting for process design and configuration, and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements include 5+ years of SAP SF HCM development experience (Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting), ABAP knowledge, SF HCM frameworks, and experience with Fiori UI.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven SAP SF HCM development experience.
Experience with Employee Central, Compensation and Recruiting.
Knowledge of ABAP and SF HCM frameworks.
Fluent English (B2+); Portuguese a plus.
Ability to design and implement complex global IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Conceptual design and development of complex global IT solutions.
Provide business consulting for process design and IT configurations.
Create concepts and implement program adjustments.
Coordinate collaboration with external suppliers for integration.
Act as team member or workstream lead in projects.
Prepare documentation and present results.
Analyse and resolve incidents to ensure stability.
