Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a senior SAP SD O2C specialist to lead end-to-end order-to-cash activities across US and Canada markets.

You will gather requirements, validate the V1 core model, and ensure accurate billing, pricing, and cash application while coordinating with global teams. Fluent English and multi-country exposure are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional SAP/O2C experience.
• Deep SAP SD and end-to-end O2C knowledge.
• S/4HANA experience, multi-country deployments.
• Experience with orders, pricing, delivery, billing and cash application.
• Knowledge of US/Canada billing, tax, revenue recognition.
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Support the O2C Project Lead in deploying the validated O2C core model across the US and Canada.
• Gather and validate US and Canada O2C requirements against the V1 core model.
• Identify gaps and deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Support and validate O2C testing, ensuring local business scenarios are covered.
• Act as the O2C functional contact for North American business stakeholders.
• Maintain process and training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context and recommendations.
• Provide customer-side functional oversight while the SI is responsible for configuration and delivery.

• Support the O2C Project Lead in deploying the validated O2C core model across the US and Canada
• Gather and validate US and Canada O2C requirements against the V1 core model

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong SAP SD and end-to-end O2C knowledge
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience with orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, collections and cash application
• Knowledge of US and Canada billing, tax and revenue recognition
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in multi-country programmes
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA O2C deployments across North America
• Experience working with global core models and local variations
• Experience in multi-country O2C transformation programmes

• Fluent in English
