Sysmatch is seeking a Functional P2P Lead (M/F) for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will support the O2C core model rollout across US & Canada, providing customer-side functional oversight, and ensuring configuration and delivery align with project goals.

You will gather requirements, validate gaps, and support testing while acting as the O2C point of contact for NA stakeholders. Strong SAP SD and S/4HANA experience is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years experience in O2C/SAP contexts.
• Strong SAP SD and end-to-end O2C knowledge.
• Experience with US/Canada billing and tax.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, multi-country preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather/validate US & Canada O2C requirements vs. V1 core model.
• Identify gaps/deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Support/validate O2C testing, ensuring local business scenarios are covered.
• Act as O2C contact for NA business stakeholders.
• Maintain process/training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context/recommendations.

Functional P2P Lead M/F - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Functional O2C V2 to support the O2C Project Lead in deploying the validated O2C core model across US & Canada. Customer-side functional oversight role; SI responsible for configuration & delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather/validate US & Canada O2C requirements vs. V1 core model.
• Identify gaps/deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Support/validate O2C testing, ensuring local business scenarios are covered.
• Act as O2C contact for NA business stakeholders.
• Maintain process/training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context/recommendations.

Skills:

• 10+ years' experience.
• Strong SAP SD & end-to-end O2C knowledge.
• Experience in orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, collections & cash application.
• US/Canada billing, tax & revenue recognition knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally multi-country.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation & stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: €35k - €45k Gross/Annual + Other Components/Benefits.
