Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA transformation expert to lead cross‑functional Finance and Supply workstreams across V1 and V2 deployments in North America and Spain.

You will coordinate R2R, O2C, P2P, and EPM domains with global leads, manage risks, align decisions with the core model, and ensure governance readiness. The role requires strong stakeholder management and experience in multi-country programmes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Senior SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM or Supply/MM.
• Experience coordinating multi-country programmes.
• Experience with RAID, governance and Design Authority processes.
• Experience coordinating with customer-side SI.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Finance and Supply workstreams across V1 core model alignment and V2 deployments in North America and Spain
• Coordinate R2R/EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply and Spain functional leads
• Track dependencies, decisions, readiness and key risks across the programme
• Monitor V1/V2 capacity and escalation risks to the Programme Director
• Ensure V2 and Spain decisions remain aligned with the V1 core model
• Triage functional issues, drive resolution and escalation where required
• Consolidate functional readiness for governance forums
• Act as the bridge between Functional Leads and the Programme Director
• Coordinate with the SI from the customer side
