Ithr Group Plc seeks an experienced SAP O2C Functional Lead to drive the rollout of a validated SAP S/4HANA O2C core model across North America. You will gather requirements, validate gaps, and work with business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure alignment with the global template.

This role requires 10+ years in SAP, strong SAP SD expertise, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and project teams through complex multi-country deployments.

SAP O2C Functional Lead (SAP SD / S/4HANA)

We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Functional Lead to support the rollout of a validated SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) core model across the United States and Canada. This is a customer-side functional leadership role, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners throughout the deployment. Remit Gather and validate US & Canada O2C requirements against the existing global core model. Identify process gaps, deviations and local requirements, supporting design and project decisions.

Support and validate testing activities to ensure local business scenarios are adequately covered. Act as the primary O2C contact for North American business stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with the global template. Maintain process documentation, training materials and functional deliverables. Escalate risks, issues and unresolved challenges with clear recommendations and business context. Work closely with the System Integrator responsible for solution delivery and configuration.

Required

Experience 10+ years of SAP experience. Strong expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
