SysMatch in Lisbon seeks a Functional O2C Lead to guide the deployment of the validated O2C core model across US & Canada, ensuring customer-side functional oversight and alignment with the global template.

The role covers requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing support, and acting as the O2C contact for NA stakeholders, with a hybrid working pattern in Lisbon and international exposure.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of O2C and SAP SD experience.
• Experience with US/Canada billing, tax and revenue recognition.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally multi-country.

Responsabilidades

• Gather/validate US & Canada O2C requirements vs V1 core model.
• Identify gaps/deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Support/validate O2C testing with local business scenarios.
• Act as O2C contact for NA business stakeholders.
• Maintain process and training documentation aligned with global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context and recommendations.

Functional O2C Lead M/F - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Functional O2C V2 to support the O2C Project Lead in deploying the validated O2C core model across US & Canada. Customer-side functional oversight role; SI responsible for configuration & delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather/validate US & Canada O2C requirements vs. V1 core model.
• Identify gaps/deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Support/validate O2C testing, ensuring local business scenarios are covered.
• Act as O2C contact for NA business stakeholders.
• Maintain process/training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context/recommendations.

Skills:

• 10+ years' experience.
• Strong SAP SD & end-to-end O2C knowledge.
• Experience in orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, collections & cash application.
• US/Canada billing, tax & revenue recognition knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally multi-country.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation & stakeholder management skills

Salary Range:

€35k - €45k Gross/Annual + Other Components/Benefits.
