Findmore Consulting S.A. in Portugal is seeking a Senior SAP O2C Functional Consultant to deploy and optimize the O2C core model for North America. You will collaborate with project leads and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

Responsibilities include gathering US/Canada requirements, validating configurations in SAP S/4HANA, addressing gaps, supporting testing, and maintaining process and training materials within the global template for multi-country rollouts.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional SAP-related experience.
• Expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end O2C.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, and cash application.
• Knowledge of US and Canada billing, tax and revenue recognition.
• Multi-country O2C deployment experience preferred.

• Support and validate O2C testing with local business scenarios.
• Act as O2C functional contact for North American stakeholders.
• Maintain process and training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with context and recommendations.
• Provide customer-side functional oversight during delivery by SI.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support the O2C Project Lead in deploying the validated O2C core model across the US and Canada
• Gather and validate US and Canada O2C requirements against the V1 core model
• Identify gaps and deviations and support Project Lead decisions
• Support and validate O2C testing, ensuring local business scenarios are covered
• Act as the O2C functional contact for North American business stakeholders
• Maintain process and training documentation aligned with the global template
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context and recommendations
• Provide customer-side functional oversight while the SI is responsible for configuration and delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong SAP SD and end-to-end O2C knowledge
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience with orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, collections and cash application
• Knowledge of US and Canada billing, tax and revenue recognition
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in multi-country programmes
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA O2C deployments across North America
• Experience working with global core models and local variations
• Experience in multi-country O2C transformation programmes
