Job summary

GRiT in Lisbon is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across teams. You will architect scalable systems and guide the organization through cutting-edge platform capabilities while mentoring engineers.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniScripts, and a strong background in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce projects and teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including OmniScripts.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across teams.
• Architect scalable systems and guide the organization through platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive best practices in Salesforce development.

Job Description

Join our client's Salesforce team as a technical leader, driving innovation and mentoring high-performing engineers. You'll own the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, collaborating across teams to architect scalable systems and guide the organization through cutting-edge platform capabilities.

Must-Have

• Minimum 12 years of professional IT experience with at least 5 years leading Salesforce projects and teams
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including OmniScripts and implementation best practices
• Practical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Proven proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development, both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Mandatory Salesforce OmniStudio certification with practical knowledge of platform capabilities
• Strong background in agile and SCRUM environments, comfortable with version control systems such as Git
• Track record delivering robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet strict quality standards
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
• Client-facing mindset with excellent communication, coordination and collaboration across multiple teams
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and investigate complex technical challenges independently

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), Energy Cloud, or Order Management
• Knowledge of Copado or similar release management tools
• Exposure to Vlocity Integration Procedures
