Job summary

GRiT in Lisbon is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join a delivery-focused team with emphasis on Service Cloud. You’ll contribute across the full implementation lifecycle and work closely with senior technical specialists.

Required: 3+ years in Salesforce development, Apex, LWC/Aura, REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce configuration, and Platform Developer I certification. Fluent English and a proactive, quality-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably Service Cloud projects
• Apex (Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL) experience
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
• REST and SOAP integrations experience
• Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, automation)
• Ability to produce technical documentation and design artefacts
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution
• Working knowledge of Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Proactive, autonomous and quality-focused with ownership and collaboration mindset

Responsibilities
