Job summary

GRiT Solutions is seeking a seasoned software developer with strong SFCC/Demandware and Storefront Next experience. You will contribute to PWA solutions, work across distributed international teams, and own development tasks from design to delivery.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English (B2+), thrive in a remote-friendly environment, and adapt quickly to evolving Salesforce ecosystem and technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on SFCC/Demandware expertise.
• Strong background delivering PWA solutions, especially Storefront Next.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks end-to-end.
• Experience in distributed international development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, especially remotely.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Must-Have

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware)
• Solid experience developing and enhancing PWA solutions, particularly Storefront Next
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of development tasks and technical problem-solving
• Experience working within distributed and international development teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in remote environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or above

Would Be Great If You Have

• Previous experience delivering Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for global projects
• Experience working effectively in fully remote and cross-functional teams
• Strong adaptability to new technologies, frameworks, and ongoing changes within the Salesforce ecosystem
