GRiT Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Portugal. You will work on OmniStudio implementations, Apex/LWC development, and API integrations in energy and utilities domains.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong problem-solving, and collaboration in Agile environments. Applicants should have 4–6 years of Salesforce experience, English at B2 level, and be able to be in the Lisbon/Braga/Coimbra office once per week.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• OmniStudio expertise: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
• Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets.
• Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and external APIs.
• Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud CPQ APIs.
• Strong asynchronous processing: Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and Agile teamwork skills.
• English fluency (minimum B2).
• Availability to work from the office once per week (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra).

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce environments
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
• Solid experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets
• Strong development skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience implementing Salesforce integration patterns and working with external APIs
• Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud, particularly CPQ APIs
• Strong understanding of asynchronous and high‑volume processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and governor limits)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work from the office once per week (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)

Would Be Great If You Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or OmniStudio Developer
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise platform projects
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and structured delivery environments
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (valued)
